Frequently Asked

Good Questions.

  • Use the booking form on the contact page. Include your concept, placement, approximate size, and any reference images. I review every inquiry personally and will reply within 24HRs to discuss next steps.

  • Custom black and grey realism — including portraits, religious pieces, large-scale compositions, and cover-ups. Every design is created from scratch and built around the body's natural flow and contours.

  • Pricing depends on size, detail, placement, and total number of sessions. As is standard with custom work, accurate quotes are hard to provide over email or DM — a final estimate is given once a consultation helps us make a battle plan.

  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo and covers the design and preparation time invested before your session.

  • Appointments can be rescheduled up to [48 hours] in advance without losing your deposit. Reschedules made with less notice, or no-shows, will forfeit the deposit and require a new one to rebook.

  • Designs are presented at the start of your tattoo session, where small adjustments can be made together before stencil application. This approach keeps the artwork protected and ensures the design is finalized in person, where placement and proportions can be properly assessed.

  • Session length depends on size and complexity. My typical session is 6-8HRs long; larger work (sleeves, back pieces, full compositions) is built across multiple sessions, typically scheduled a few weeks apart to allow proper healing.

  • Yes. Cover-ups are a specialty — older or unwanted tattoos are reworked into intentional black and grey realism pieces. Cover-up feasibility depends on the size, color, and saturation of the existing tattoo, which is assessed during your consultation.

  • Yes. One complimentary touch-up is included within the first year of completing your tattoo, no earlier than 90 days after the session to allow full healing. Touch-ups on high-wear areas such as hands, fingers, feet, and elbows may be charged separately due to the quality of skin in those locations.

  • Detailed aftercare instructions are provided at the end of your session. In short: keep it clean, moisturized, and out of direct sun, salt water, and chlorinated pools for the first 2–3 weeks. Reach out if anything looks or feels unusual during healing — questions are always welcome.

  • No. You must be 18 or older with valid government-issued photo ID. No exceptions.

  • Romanian-born, Toronto-based, and obsessed with craft long before the first tattoo. A background spanning fine art, oil painting, photography, airbrushing, and graffiti shapes how every piece gets approached — composition, light, shadow, and flow are second nature, not afterthoughts. Combined with years specializing in black and grey realism, the result is work designed to hold contrast, age well, and still look intentional decades from now.
